Terms of service

The service

Seekuro (the "Service") is a platform where people publish and find classified listings. Seekuro is not a party to any deal made between users and does not verify listings, sellers or buyers unless a listing is explicitly marked as verified. By using the Service you accept these terms.

Posting listings

• You may only publish listings for goods, services, housing or jobs you are entitled to offer or genuinely seek.
• Listings must be accurate, lawful and placed in the right category and location.
• Not allowed: illegal goods or services, weapons, drugs, counterfeit items, adult services, stolen property, pyramid schemes, discriminatory housing or job ads, and anything that infringes third party rights.
• Posting is limited per person and per period to keep the Service free of spam. We may lower or raise limits at any time.
• Free accounts can publish 5 listings per rolling 30 days. Seekuro Plus (4.99 EUR per month, VAT included where applicable) adds 10 more listings per 30 days. Plus renews monthly and can be cancelled at any time from your account page; it then stays active until the end of the paid period. Payments are processed by Stripe. Unused listings do not carry over and fees are not refunded for a started period, except where consumer law requires otherwise.
• You keep the rights to your content and grant Seekuro a worldwide, royalty free licence to show, translate, index and promote it as part of the Service, including machine translated versions in other languages.

Removal and moderation

We may remove or hide any listing, message or account that breaks these terms, the law, or harms other users, without prior notice. You can remove your own listing at any time with the removal link sent to your email or from your account.

Contacting other users

Contact details revealed through the Service may only be used to respond to that listing. Scraping, bulk messaging and marketing to users are prohibited.

Accounts

You can sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that misuse the Service.

No warranty and liability

The Service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Seekuro is not liable for the content of listings, the conduct of users, or losses arising from transactions between users. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia and disputes are settled in Estonian courts, unless mandatory consumer law in your country gives you additional protection.
